Question: Weight Loss Details?

Hey there. After going through a break-up that was partially due to a lot of weight gain on my part over a short period of time, I began exercising and dieting in the hopes of winning my love back (it was only a small part of the problem but one I want to correct nonetheless while working on the bigger part of the problem). Over the first month, I lost about 26 pounds of the 124 pounds that I want to lose and I'm hoping to hit a total of 60 pounds by the end of month two (averaging 3 hours on the indoor bike now instead of 2 hours). First, is this achievable given my results over the past month? Second, how fast does weight loss show up? For instance, my calorie intake and the 4 hours I did on the indoor bike today imply that I should have lost just shy of a pound today. However, the scale is virtually unchanged compared to this morning's read. I understand that food and excrement in your body can cause daily weight fluctuations, but (after adjusting for these) when should the pound show up (I guess not show up) on the scale? Basically, what kind of delay is there between activity/diet and the actual scale reading?
