I tried a keto diet a couple months back for around 4 months, for 4 months I had less than 30 grams of carbs everyday. The diet was awesome at first but over time I couldnt believe that I started getting bored of buffalo wings and steak! I dont know if I would reccommend the diet but I got pretty good results from it, lost a lot of water weight at first but did lose a lot of fat also......im starting it back up to hoping to get some good results!
