Cut out the sweets.

I want to start cutting out sweets again completely from my life. I've been eating so much of them lately that I feel like I'm getting fat. But I still weigh the same so I don't know lol. I'm probably just paranoid about it. Anyway, what do you do when you want to cut something completely out of your diet that you feel like you need but you really don't? I feel like I always go back and forth to eating seriously healthy to unhealthy lol.
