14 and need to shed extra pounds?



So, i am 14, a lady, 5’5, and 176.eight kilos with a big physique body. My measurements are…

Bust: 42 Wrist: 7 inches

Waist(narrowest): 34 Elbow breadth: 3 in

Hips: 43

Anyways, I really want to lose weight. I wanted to start my diet today, but I always eat when i’m bored… its a bad habit. .-. I think I did better than most days though. I’m aiming to lose 14 pounds in these 7 week I have left of break. But how do I do that? I don’t want to lose anymore than that since I heard the most I should lose is 2 pounds a week. However, and change in weight would be satisfying. :3 So far, i’ve been drinking 8 cups of water and I noticed a massive distinction. However, i’ve reached a plateau. How can I lose 14 kilos in 7 weeks w/ little train? As a result of I’ve quite a bit to try this summer season, I do not have so much time for train.
