Day three
Tuna, Egg whites and Spinach: sixty three
Then went dwelling and binged and purged cookies
Later had:
Hen and steamed vegies: ?
That day was once a fail however I believe I did lose day after today, my legs felt extra toned. No extra b/ping, its horrible and do not need my tooth fucked.
Day 4
Egg white, spinach and tuna: forty eight
Unsweetened almond milk: sixteen
Replace later. I’ve an examination!!
