Question: Is it bad to run after eating?

It's generally better to wait between eating and running. When you eat, blood pools in your abdomen to aid in digestion. When you exercise, blood rushes out to your extremities to deliver oxygen and cool your body. Trying to exercise while you are digesting strains your body in unhealthy ways. Try running before eating breakfast, or waiting at least 1 hour after eating.
