third day on the weight loss plan. Make stronger NEEDED!!!

To start with, please excuse my English:) In the beginning,I am from Poland.

So the primary two days used to be nice, used to be feeling hungry, however good enough. As of late is my 1/3 day, and OMG I used to be death for meals. Had snickers bar for lunch- eleven.30 am!!!!!!!! And dinner at four.30 – 5 chew of ham sandwich. For the primary two days I used to be consuming lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm, however nowadays I was once sooooooo hungry. Is it commonplace on day three??? Shal I lay off the snickers and devour extra wholesome stuff??? Or is it higher to stay to protein to maintain the starvation at bay???? Any guidelines could be a lot liked!
