Question: Workouts to get slim?

Just do your lifting and add some treadmill time at the end of the workout. I actually find it's a bit easier for me to run after I lift, but I keep a pretty good pace when I work out. Start out trying to slowly jog 1/4 or 1/2 mile and work your way up to a mile. Do it every time you work out and you'll notice some quick results, not to mention the nice new proportions you'll have from lifting. Go forth and get yoked my brutha!
