Hey there, I’ve PureO OCD (primarily about somatic issues & different hectic ideas) and It is been going virtually my complete existence, however I simplest knew about my situation and that there used to be a reputation given to it like 6 months in the past or slightly bit extra… My therapist helped me to study to just accept the intrusive ideas and allow them to be there with out assigning any which means to them… Then again, I have been studying on-line these days, and I realized that ERP thrapy is the most important to recover from OCD or else it’s going to worsen… However I believe that I am bettering, possibly SLOWLY, however I am making improvements to in the end with the Acceptance treatment so why trouble with ERP, is it that a very powerful for folks with ocd to observe ERP… Any recommendation could be liked, Thanks upfront
