Basically it's getting near summer and I'm going on holiday in August so I am going on a diet. I am going to have a relatively fatty, energy packed breakfast to start me off, then consistently drink A LOT of water throughout the day and have a couple of pieces of fruit for dinner maybe. I have a trampoline which I like to go on and I also do abdominal exercises such as leg raises and sit ups. I am 14 years old, and 5ft 7inches. Much thanks in advance for any helpful answers!
