No fruit smoothies! If you're trying to lose weight, the last thing you need is more sugar. You can have a little fruit - but the best thing to do is learn how to cook with green vegetables and beans. Here is food which can feed you very adequately - it's cheap - it's good (if you learn to cook) - and it extremely low in calories. Think about one order of fries from mcdonald's.... 300 calories, I think they are. That's the equivalent of 2 full heads of cabbage - that's equivalent to 3 pounds of broccoli. Ever see 3 pounds of broccoli? It's a lot of food. And if you eat the broccoli or the cabbage or 20 other vegetables, you get actual nutrient instead of junk food.
After a bit your body will feel a lot better as it gets what it needs.
