Minor fluctuations are natural regarless of what food you are eating. For instance drinking water can make a slight difference. Or simply the scale acts a little differently due to the barometric pressure. One fifth of a pound is not much of a change, and indeed big changes are only to be expected over time.
You need to weigh yourself on a regular basis, preferably at the same time of day (I weigh myself when I get up) so to minimize the differences that daily intake of food and exercise can make. You need to follow it over weeks of time to see whether you are really gaining or losing weight.
