Question: My brother eats too much and it's getting out of control?

He's 10..

Every time I see him, he's either stuffing his face, or looking for more food.

Even if he's had a good dinner and he's full, right when he's done, he's back in the fridge, looking for something to eat.

Sometimes he even sneaks into the kitchen for more food...if I catch him (and I usually do), he looks at me like he's stupid or something.

A lot of times he would have just eaten and I didn't yet. So if he sees me in the kitchen, he HAS to eat what I'm eating. Sometimes *I* have to sneak in the kitchen, just so he won't stuff himself!

Right when he's done eating breakfast he asks for lunch, the second he's done with dinner, he's asking about breakfast. He's gained quite a few pounds and honestly looks like he weighs more than he should (but he isn't obese). Family notices the weight gain, he claims it's "muscle" (though I tell him the difference between muscle tone and fat, he insists it's muscle, though it clearly isn't). Family notices the bad eating habits, and when someone tells him, and the solution, he acts like he doesn't know what we're talking about. I tell him, and he throws a fit and yells so that he can't hear me. He knows that some of his habits are wrong, he would look everywhere (including bedrooms) for food, would eat what's not his (like my mom's chocolate or something) and when caught red-handed, will still lie and deny.

He plays basketball, but this s is making him slow, and quick to get tired. I honestly don't know what to do.
