so im a teen girl and i want to lose weight before my school starts (it starts in 4.5 weeks). im 5'9" and 165. my legs are toned but my stomach is not flat is a flabby. I really want to work on my stomach. tips for how to tone that area and loose weight quick? (i might be getting a personal trainer as well- if i do are they worth it? what should i expect?)
Update : i also have access to a gym and a pool. Also how can i get rid of armpit fat?
