I need a healthy diet!

Here is a recipe I use for prep.Ground Turkey Meatballs:





2 LBS ground turkey

one onion diced

one bell pepper "any color" diced

Garlic to taste

Basil to taste

Oregano to taste

I just started adding Chorizo for flazor: 1 sausage per LB ground turkey
