I thought some of you might be interested in checking out my progress to date... so I made a video.
A short Prologue: I retired from bodybuilding 6 years ago (after competing for 7 straight years). Decided a week or two ago that I wanted to return to the stage. However I doubt my joints would enjoy carrying the size/bodyweight that I used to...so I figured Men's Physique would be the better outlet for my return. I've shed about 20 lbs of bodyweight so far over the past 6 weeks. Will continue to do so gradually over the next 17 weeks... improving the overall quality of my physique.
Anyway... tell me what you think:
