My new diet

I have just gone off simple carbs and shifted to veggies and meat. About 70% of my diet is vegetables and fruits raw and steamed and 20% is some white meat or fish (which is broiled or grilled) and the other 10% is yogurt. I have just gone on this diet for the last three days and I am feeling lighter already.

I hope to hang on to this diet for a long time. I do suppose I will have days when I will not strictly follow this diet but until I get to my ideal weight I may hang on to this.

Do you have any suggestions for me?
