Sleep and food intake

Adult who would take some more sleep would have lesser amount of food intake, according to the MARRIE PIERRE, a principal investigator, who further claimed that short sleep affect man and woman differently.

Man may feel increased appetite and women may find lesser feeling of fullness due to short sleep.

The results establishes the relations between sleep, deprivation of sleep, food intake and weight control.
