We have this unofficial arm-wrestling competition every year in our college. It is around the corner now and I was forced into participating, by my friends. I was wondering which muscle group or individual muscles are required during arm wrestling.
I was hoping to focus on them exclusively after workout. I think the biceps are evident. Along with them there must be the shoulder muscles also working out a bit. What do you guys think about this?:confused:
