Researchers, many a times have stated that while doing Cardio a lot of testosterone is converted into estradiol (FYI it is the female steroid hormone, present in low amounts in males). With the decrease in testosterone due to this conversion, do you think that the workout output might decrease. We all know that weightlifting requires and produces androgens.
