I have been running for roughly around 2 miles each day, jump roping and swimming. I have cut out on HDL totally. But then also I can calculate no reduction in my visceral fat amount.
I can assure you that I ingest no stuff that can increase my fat and drink beer occasionally. Is the beer the reason for this inability? I am really frustrated because it has been two months since I have started trying to reduce this fat. :mad:
Any suggestions and similar experiences are welcome.
