I've recently started to use a soya protein powder as I thought if I was going to exercise as hard as I am, then I ought to be putting something back into my muscles.
I don't know much about protein powders and I am not sure which are the best brands and the best types.
The soya protein powder I take has about 19 grams a serving. Is this enough and how much protein is too much?
