I’m 18 and I’ve been diagnosed with bulimia and anorexia.
In February I was hospitalized for 2 and a half months, so yes, I gained a LOT o weight.
A few weeks ago I started to lose weight again, I started exercising and controlling my calories. No binges. But this last two weeks have been so damn disgusting… I don’t know what happened to me, I binged and purged several times a day everyfucking day. I know, GROSS.
I have gained a lot of weight that I lost during the last weeks, but this is it.
Last Friday I went to the doctor for a check-up and since she saw all the binges I had she changed my pills. Now I’m taking Prozac and Topamax. I think these new medicine will help me, so I will have it easy (at least I am hoping so!).
Plus, day after today I will begin to go to the fitness center with my brother, 5 instances per week. Identical to i did sooner than I used to be locked up, yeay!
So, day after today I am beginning to shed weight once more. These are my ideas:
-Observe the HSGD (I is not going to consume greater than 1000kcal a day, and I’ll attempt to consume lower than 800. Additionally veggies and fruits will rely, so it can be completely different from the HSGD nevertheless it’s beautiful equivalent)
-Train 5 days per week, 1h every day minimal.
-Drink 2L of watter on a regular basis.
-ONLY CLEAN FOOD.
-No extra binges. NO. MORE.
-Put up my calorie consumption on a regular basis. Weigh ins might be each Monday, beginning day after today.
