Itchy pink bumps on breasts?

I went swimming in a lake two day in a row both times for 2-3 hours then one te second I took off my swimsuit and there were red itchy bumps on my breasts (I wore the identical swimsuit each days) it can be the 2d day I’ve had them and they’re nonetheless purple and itchy. What may this be???? Plz lend a hand
