Hi I know the basics where 3500 calories is a pound and you need to burn more than your intake but what is the most effective diet to lose weight? Is it low carb? High protein seems like I'd build muscle which I'm not really trying to do until I cut fat. I wanna lose about 30 lbs. Do I cut fats and carbs? What should be my carb intake daily? I try to keep it under 100 as it is. I also drink the isolate protein when I work out is this good for cutting fat or should I stay away from protein in general. Thanks for the advice
