Fat. They are nothing but sugar. Not to mention expensive. You can't get that steak for dinner and have to eat a frozen pizza which will only make things worse. If you want coffee with a little more sweetness than plain, brew up a cup that's 4-5X stronger than it recommends. 4 scoops to one cup water. Then take some milk in a saucepan and heat it up on low-med heat carefully. It hits a point and boils over in a second. Once it bubbles up, take a whisk and fluff it up while adding some sugar.
In all reality one or two once in a while will not make you fat. But don't get too much in the habit of getting them because 2 every morning will at the very least, work against you in trying to stay fit.
