Sounds silly I know ! I'm 15 and I weight 120 I'm trying to weigh 110 or 105 . I'm going to a vacation soon and I just want a nice body for once ... Please don't answer saying my weight is perfect blah blah I want a serious answer what should I do to lose weight ? What should I eat ? And how much weight do you think I'll lose in 20 days of course I'll still continue exercising after that but i just want to know the answer on how much I'll lose in 20 days . Thank you !
