Question: Fitness routine help?

I'm a 15 year old girl and I'd like some help with putting together my fitness routine. I fluctuate between 98-103 lbs and I know that may sound like I'm too light, but my problem is that I have more fat than muscle. My stomach, butt, and lower legs have most of the fat which is pretty common for most I believe. I'm online schooled, but I have only been for a year, though I have not been very active when I went to public school anyway. My mom bought me a treadmill and elliptical, so I would like to know how long I should be using it and if it's ok to run and walk on the treadmill because I can only run a half a mile without stopping and then I alternate between running and walking after that, I also have two 5 pound dumbells and this total body machine but I don't really use it. I also do workouts from YouTube like blogilates. I also have a bike I could go out and use because I don't really use it, and I just bought a blow up punching bag and gloves I could also use. I eat a fairly healthy diet, lots of fruits and vegetables and junk food occasionally or if it's a special occasion. And for calories I eat about 1700-2000. Any tips on how I can make a 6day workout plan that isent too hard but isent too easy? Any additional details about my diet would also be appreciated. Thank you!
