I am looking at getting an excersise mat since my floor has been uncomfortable for when I do my push-ups, sit-ups and yoga. Also it is getting pretty dirty ever since my vacum somewhow broke last month. :/
Anyways I am looking for a mat that wont slip around easily. The carpet fibers are pretty small. I am not sure of the type. I have been using a towel lately and it has been quite annoying.
