Tips To Keep Your Immune System Young

Our immune system is the first line of defense against germs and disease. However as we grow older, our immune system becomes weaker. Sometimes, our immune system grows older faster than we do.



Dr Donald Palmer, an immunologist who lectures at Imperial College, London, said,


"It’s a double whammy. By the time you reach 65, you don’t have the wide range of cells needed to fight new infections, and those you do have are exhausted."
