Question: Being 6'1" and having 362 lbs weight.?

Hello. What you are going to read might sound ridiculous, but had to post it. I'm a 22 years old male. I'm 6 feet 1 inch tall and weigh 362 lbs. When I was 13 years old, I was 5 feet 8 inch tall which was quite abnormal I guess. I weighed around 200 lbs back then. So in 9 years, I grew 5 inch only and gained 162 lbs weight which is abnormal, again. My father and my mother is normal. But my paternal grandfather is overweight. He is kinda short(5 feet 3 inch) but weigh around 270 lbs. I don't like to eat that much and always avoided things which has fat in them. I don't eat Red meat at all. Most of the time I eat two times a day only(25 out of 30 days a month). Still I'm gaining weight. I've always taken part in sports. I can't run that fast(you know why) but can run without too much problem. I also noticed that my bones are trickier than normal. My eldest sister has the same kind of bones. My immediate elder sister is 5 feet 7 inch tall and weigh around 210 lbs. Eldest one is 5 feet 6 inch tall and weigh 174 lbs.

Is my problem genetic? How can I overcome this?

P.S: My mother and her sisters have Type-2 diabetes. My maternal grandfather also had it.
