Okay so I'm trying to gain muscle in my butt/hip area to gain some curves .
What I've been doing so far is working my butt really hard, (I can handle it) like 100 reps of.. Can't remember the name . When you're laying down on your side and lift your leg up. With a resistance band, in heavy. I can do it, it takes work but I do it. And then I probably eat like 22 - 32 grams of protein just cause we don't really have that much protein filled foods in my house, I figure that's enough.
My theory is that I don't eat enough protein to rebuild muscle as hard as I've worked cause I'm barely seeing results . I'm trying. To gain an inch or two in the next couple of weeks and I've been trying for like the past month. Would I gain more muscle if I did lighter workouts and ate around the same amount of protein more frequently than doing big hard workouts and the amount of protein I eat now less frequently?
Thanks
