I do cardio once a week and weight training every other day . My diets isnt always healthy because my family keeps junk in the house and sometimes i give in to sweets !!!! But i workout A LOT and drink nothing but water .. My goal was to build MASSIVE LEGS ! and they are noticeably bigger .. And my butt is beautiful and round an perkier, yess !! BUT im gaining a little fat around my waist area !!!
When i go to the gym i do nothing but legs 230-400lbs (varies on each machine) && i do 50 crunches with no weight since im a girl i dont want my abs to be too defined ..
I read that to gain massive muscle you need more calories .. So i have been trying to up my cal intake .. But if thats all going towards building my muscle idk how my midsection is getting fatty ! LOVEHANDLES especially ........ Could it be the little cheat meals i sneak every now & then ??????? Am i doing something wrong ???????
