I know what you mean. Her song extraterrestrial always made me feel like kicking butt on the treadmill. I also love her song "Firework". She has a lot of great up-tempo songs that are perfect to working out to. Don't feel ashamed. I have a couple of her songs on my playlist. Rihanna also has a lot of great pop songs to work out to.

I like some of her songs, but don't know too many of them. The ones I've heard were upbeat, happy songs. They would be good workout songs. Upbeat songs seem to just motivate you instantly.

I don't really have a favorite workout artist, but do enjoy that upbeat music. I usually have it on pandora and hate when they sneak in a slow song.

Upbeat and happy songs would of course be perfect for workouts. Any dance songs can be a suitable workout company actually it all depends in our mood. I remember singing along with Britney Spears while doing my workout before. I just love Britney songs before. Katy Perry is comparable to how I love her songs.

Okay, although I don't like Katy Perry, I do love that song "E.T." I think thats it. I heard it one day and it was stuck in my head all day long. She isn't what I listen to on a day to day basis but some songs are pretty good not all.

I don't often tell people what I listen to when I work out. I don't mind admitting it here though, hehe. I love working out to Katy Perry. Normally I am not a take charge kind of woman, and that seems to hold me back when I work out. But when I listen to her it makes me feel like I can fulfill the potential of my woman hood, and that gets me pumped up.

it's kind of off-topic, but I made a youtube video that featured one of Katy Perry's songs. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to put youtube links in this forum post, but I apologize to the moderators. But here's the video: How Walt Disney World Terrorizes Your Kids (http://youtu.be/Zk2fkgaB38w)

Let me know if you get a chance to watch it and what you think.
