Today was a short day - shoulder day always is since we group rear delts with back. Tomorrow will be a long workout as we're doing back, rear delts, and abs. Looking forward to tomorrow as it is my cheat day. I plan to have one of the following three for dinner: Kobe Hibachi Filet Mignon % Chicken w/Fried Rice, Pizza Hut, or home-made spaghetti w/meat sauce. YUM. I weigh myself every Friday, so I'll update my weight tomorrow night. It has been a tough week - looking forward to the weekend and some rest and relaxation........
