On a skin/beauty forum I frequent, they talk a great deal about these green smoothies. There is a whole thread dedicated to different green smoothie recipes. These people go on and on about how these smoothies not only make their skin look amazing but on how much energy they give you. I keep putting off making one of these because of the mixture of fruit and veggies sounds gross, but one day I will have to break down and just try it.

I have heard some great things about the green smoothies. I would love to try this recipe to give me energy and to improve the condition of my skin. Can honey to be added to the recipe for an added sweetener?

Do you happen to have the forum or thread where I can read all this? I'm very skeptical about trying these smoothies, but if there is solid information/proof that it's worth taking then I'll try it.
