Easy weight loss plan

When I need to lose weight it's very simple. I cut out red meat and eggs and start walking every day, and I lose weight. Just by doing this I can lose an average of around 10 pounds a month. It also brings my cholesterol and blood pressure down, and I end up having a lot more energy, which has as an added side effect that my sex life is much improved.
