I am an older lady (68), and have a bad heart, so I can not exercise like I used to be able to. I have been an active person, and a walker all my life, and now I huff and puff just getting from the car into Walmart, and even that requires the "walker" shopping cart.
I found that I am able to use the Gazelle to exercise, since it does not require me to lift my legs, and I can use it, and then sit and rest when I get tired.
I am open to suggestions, if any other seniors out there have ways that they are able to work out under limited physical conditions.
For some reason, this has double posted, and I don't know how to delete one, so Mods, please help with this if you can. Sorry for the double post !
