I know that getting tired, or even going straight to sleep after a meal is fairly common amongst people. It happens to me all of the time. One way to test whether the food that you have eaten is good for you or not is to see how it makes you feel an hour or so after you eat it, but I'm just sleepy and nothing else. What does this mean?
