Treatment for Athlete's Foot

I recently discovered that my brother struggles with severe athlete's foot. He runs and sweats profusely. He has always been a big sweater (is that a word?).



Does anyone have any natural treatments for athlete's foot? Any advice would be helpful. Even traditional medicine too.
