My mom bought one of his tapes, so I tried it with her. I only did it once though. It was fun, but I preferred other tapes at the time because they were more effective for me. Now that I live in weather that's warm year round, I don't use video tapes that often.

Oh my gosh, this is hilarious! My sweet grandma has this on VHS and I vividly remember my cousins and I popping it in and trying it out when we were children. The awesome thing about stuff like this is if you actually do cooperate, and laugh while you're at it, the laughing is burning even more calories! I love it!
