If you are concerned with how much coffee you drink, just stop drinking it. Cutting it out completely will be difficult at first, but eventually you will sleep and wake better because your body's energy levels reset themselves. Caffeine will only make you tired later on, after that initial buzz wears off and your energy levels crash. Try to get energy from a nutritious breakfast or morning run instead of coffee. Or if you just want something to drink out of habit, try water with a few squeezes of a lemon juice. It detoxifies your liver naturally, so there is a health benefit as well.
