Seriously at the moment zero. I was working out at least 3-4 times a week. Now nothing but I am hoping tomorrow now that things have died down at my house, I can get back into it. I just don't know how many days a week I should do?

Since school started I have been slowing slipping back into my old ways again, but I exercise every morning for about 10 minutes. And I run arounf my local track twice or maybe three times a week if I have time.

I'm ashamed to admit I stopped working out around my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Now I'm in my 3rd trimester and getting up to use the bathroom 5 times a night is enough of a workout for me. I'm doing housework and running up and down the stairs all day, but I realize it's not quite the same. I plan on putting the pedal to the metal after this baby!

Monday through Friday for weight training...5 days straight. 2 days consecutive rest on Saturday and Sunday with a 4 mile intense run on Sunday for cardio.
