The exercises that I really hate even thinking about are pushups and mountain climbers. I don't have very good upper-body strength so pull ups are very difficult for me as well. I don't do them at all because I'm not able to pull myself up, I can barely hang on. Even though I hate pushups I do force myself to do about 12-15. Mountain climbers make me very uncomfortable because I feel blood rushing to my face when I do them so I have given up on those as well. A cardio move that I refuse to include in my workout is jumping jacks. I can't stand them.

Jumping jacks are farely useless, so skipping those in favor of more effective HIIT is a better option anyway. Pullups are all focused on back muscle strength in the lats and can be done assisted via weighted assistance pull-up machines or from a partner holding your feet or even from ladder style power rack pull ups that you can do regardless of your lat to body weight strength ratio.

All the best,
