I've been told not to weigh every day but I do it anyway. I weigh every morning right after I get up (after a potty break of course). I record that weight. I do that every morning and then on Saturday I take an average of the other six days. My weight can fluctuate so much that I think this gives me a good idea of my weight loss/gain for the week. Does anyone else do this?

I rarely weigh myself. However, I do not have a scale. Whenever I do have access to a scale, then I weigh myself. I don't really need to lose weight as of right now. I just have to build more muscle and burn fat. I'm actually at a healthy weight. I'm just not sure about my fat levels.

I weigh myself once a month to make sure I am on track. I think by doing that I can cut back on extra calories if I see that I am gaining. I workout 6 days a week, so I tend to keep in good shape, but the scale is a great way to monitor my weight.
All the best,
