I don't think there would be anything wrong with a responsible cycling of anabolic steroids including an OFF cycle to encourage the natural production of testosterone and to discourage over-production of estrogen attempting to keep up with the testosterone increases.

Is it true you can get certain forms of steroids at your local GNC? Im somewhat new to working out (and other than Whey Protien), I dont really do much else in terms of supplements. However one of my friends the other day told me to be careful in regards to what I buy at GNC because some of that is essentially steroids?

No. You cannot. Your friend is wrong. Beat him with a stick. GNC would be out of business and so would the steroid black market and testosterone replacement therapy prescriptions across the nation.

While it is true that the supplement industry is widely non-regulated by the FDA, a supplement claiming to or containing the proper ingredients to classify as an anabolic steroid, would be identified and pulled before it ever reached a shelf at GNC.

All the best,
