A trip to the doctor might be what you need. I myself have experienced constant fatigue, but it was not a sudden occurence. I eventually fixed the problem with an increase in nutrients and fluids. But you might have to see a doctor, or adjust your diet.

The diet should be adjusted first...all sugars should be eliminated as well as a reduction in carbs in general on non-workout days...protein should be increased along with fibrous vegetables and overall water intake. If those things are practiced religiously and still fail to relieve over constant fatigue, schedule a trip to your doctor.

I know that I have sleep apnea, and you might have it too. I have to sleep in my recliner because of my lower back and because it cuts down on my snoring. However, I'm not sure how it affects my sleep apnea.

There are a number of metabolic disorders which can cause constant fatigue. I would recommend having a blood test to check your vitamin and mineral levels. Vitamin and mineral deficiency can cause chronic fatigue and most people are deficient.

All the best,
