The last I heard about Dr Oz he was mentioning African Mango's benefits of weight loss, I tried this for 2 months and did not lose a pound, so as far as these amazing remedies, I guess that he has had some tip off from a manufacturer of weight loss products. When you actually study these food groups, they are all good for you, not so sure if they specifically burn off fat without you doing your bit of eating healthy, exercising and watching your fat intake. I think the main basic rule when trying to lose weight is: Don't eat fat, if you don't want to get fat. Although certain healthy fats are good for you and help reduce cholesterol levels in your blood, which is all good. But honestly, if you want to gain weight, eat loads of sweets, crisps, lard and chips. Then just sit around all day chomping on tortilla chips and full fat cheese dip. this is a sure fire way to gain pounds. I like Dr Oz, but do feel that there's always something he's mentioning that makes people want to go out and buy the product. Think of the probability of this actually working for ALL people with different metabolism's and healthy eating plan's and exercise regime. Honestly, I can't begin to think of the look of dissapointment on most peoples faces when they see the scales are the same!

I only caught a glimpse of a show where Dr. Oz was stating something about Reverse eating to blast belly fat. I'm not sure but my understanding was to eat your highest carb filled meal early on in the day (like what you would normally eat for dinner) and your breakfast food at the end of the day. He was saying by eating your carbs early on in the day would help you fight the fat. Has anyone tried this?
