Some habits you can do without

All of us pick up certain habit as we go through life.. some are good and become a part of our routine but some are annoying to others, while some are plain bad.. which do you think are some bad habits that you could do with out?

Eating fastfood/ unhealthy food

Not exercising or less exercise

smoking

Drinking

keeping late hours

sleeping with make up on

Late, heavy dinners

picking your nose.. etc...



I am guilty of exercising less and having dinners late.. I have been trying to get these issues sorted out..
