The Anti Diet // Dr. Oz

I was watching Dr. Oz at the start of January and there was a segment called 'The Anti-Diet' and it was about eliminating reactive foods in your system. The main thing was that it's not the calorie intake that is causing people to gain weight but that it could be the actual food. They also said that each body reacts differently to various foods, which could slow your metabolism down and put on the weight, no matter if you are eating so called 'healthy' foods and watching your calorie intake.
